About the role:

As Quality Manager, you'll take ownership of the Quality Management System and ISO9001 accreditation.

Key responsibilities include:
Managing and continuously improving the Quality Management System
Leading and influencing the business on appropriate industry quality standards
Conducting internal audits and supporting external audits to maintain ISO9001 compliance
Implementing and maintaining policies, standards, and procedures




Preparing and submitting routine reports
Developing initiatives that lift customer service satisfaction
Delivering internal training programs to build a solid quality culture
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders

What you'll bring:
Demonstrated leadership experience in a similar role
Qualifications in Internal Auditing, Quality, or a related field
Experience in a similar role within a manufacturing workplace
Solid understanding of quality control testing procedures and relevant standards
Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to managing business requirements
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Hands-on experience with ISO9001 and conducting audits
