Role DescriptionWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Developer to support the design, development, testing, and maintenance of software applications. The role will work closely with developers, product teams, QA, and other stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable, and user-focused software solutions.

The Junior Developer will contribute to writing clean and maintainable code, implementing new features, fixing bugs, performing testing, and supporting application improvements. The role will participate in the full software development lifecycle, from understanding requirements and developing solutions to testing, deployment, documentation, and ongoing maintenance.

Key responsibilities include developing and enhancing software applications, troubleshooting technical issues, conducting code reviews, writing unit tests, maintaining technical documentation, and supporting system integration. The role will also assist with identifying performance issues, improving application functionality, and implementing solutions in accordance with established coding standards and development practices.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively within a development team, communicate technical issues clearly,



and continuously improve their programming knowledge and software development skills. A solid focus on code quality, problem-solving, learning, and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Basic understanding of software development principles, programming concepts, data structures, and algorithms.
Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, JavaScript, C#, C++, or similar.
Familiarity with web development technologies, APIs, databases, or software development frameworks is preferred.
Basic knowledge of SQL and relational or NoSQL databases is an advantage.
Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.
Understanding of software testing, debugging, and development lifecycle practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to learn current technologies, programming languages, and development tools quickly.
Positive communication and collaboration skills with a willingness to receive and apply feedback.
Proactive, responsible, and committed to writing clean, reliable, and maintainable code.
