Surf Coast Gardens is looking for an experienced and reliable landscaper or garden maintenance worker to join our small team full-time. We work across Torquay, Anglesea, Aireys Inlet, Lorne and surrounding areas on a mix of landscape construction projects and ongoing garden maintenance. This role would suit someone who enjoys diverse outdoor work, is confident using tools and machinery, and takes pride in completing a job properly. You should be comfortable working as part of a small team and getting on with an allocated task without needing constant supervision.

About you
Previous landscaping, construction or skilled garden maintenance experience is required
Current manual Australian driver's licence
Experience towing and reversing trailers
Confidence with power tools and landscaping equipment
Experience operating landscape machinery
Good practical and problem-solving skills
Able to work independently after explicit direction
Reliable and punctual work habits
Good attention to detail
Clear and respectful communication
Benefits
