This is an incredible opportunity to shape our imported wine portfolio, bringing exclusive, high-quality international wines to the Australian market. Location: Port Melbourne

Salary: $100-120k Super Comms

Working Model: Hybrid

Sector: FMCG

Key Responsibilities:
Identify high-quality, commercially viable international wines with strong customer potential
Build and manage strategic relationships with global wineries, brokers, and agents
Negotiate commercial terms, exclusivity agreements, and volumes with producers
Build and manage a compelling, data-driven category plan for imported wines




Develop deep customer understanding to identify gaps and opportunities in the market

What Success Looks Like:
Growth in imported wine revenue and margin
Solid pipeline of recent, exclusive international producers
Exceptional category health (sell-through, stock turns, customer satisfaction)
Recognised internally as a go-to expert for your category

About You:
Proven experience in wine buying, ideally with import experience
Deep wine knowledge and strong commercial instincts
Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills
Highly organised with strong analytical and planning capabilities
Passion for the global wine scene!
