We are hiring an experience kitchen supervisor for our seafood takeaway outlet located in Manly.
The role :
Experience in Cook to Order kitchen with attention to detail
Understand how to achieve quality and consistency in a quick-paced kitchen
Work as a team of up to 15 staff
Able to multi-task.
Ability to manage/train junior kitchen staff
A cook with 3+ years full time experience running fryers in a busy workplace is desirable.
The remuneration is based on the candidate moving into the Kitchen Supervisor position after a period 3 months.
Please note we are located on Manly NSW when applying.
Sponsorship under 407 is subject to candidates performance.
Must have full time working rights as hours is at 42 per week.
