The Inside Sales Rep is the go-to contact for Norco Australia's dealers, and Outside Sales Reps, delivering best-in-industry service and standout after-sales support. This is a chance to help shape Norco's next chapter as we go direct in Australia, bringing the energy, ambition, and rider-first passion behind one of the world's top mountain bike brands to an exciting recent market.

Key responsibilities
Provide customer service and support to dealers, addressing needs and requests in a qualified and positive manner.
Communicate with Outside Reps on a daily cadence, provide territory updates, and work collaboratively to ensure that all dealer needs are met.
Proactively review open order and exception reports.
Ensure smooth shipping and effective delivery of Norco products and services.
Work with Outside Reps to drive business in your territory.




Communicate with the Sales Reps to ensure orders are submitted and shipped on time to meet all order entry deadlines and shipping windows as outlined.
Enter and process return authorization requests for dealers and sales reps.
Provide special events and technical support where needed.

About you
2 years of relevant experience within the bike industry.
Post-secondary education.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, flexibility.
Ability to work independently and with a team.
Familiarity with Norco products or with the cycling industry is a plus.
Solid computer skills with spreadsheets, word processing, and MS Office Suite.
Ability to maintain excellent attendance and punctuality.
