Our client is a privately owned, globally recognised advanced manufacturing technology business who combine engineering innovation, advanced technology, automation and software, supporting sophisticated industrial customers across international markets. With a robust heritage and entrepreneurial culture, the company is entering an significant phase of growth and commercial development.

Reporting directly to the Group CEO, the Chief Commercial Officer will provide global leadership across sales, marketing and after-sales, working with regional commercial leaders across a highly international organisation.

Key priorities include:
Overall responsibility for sales revenue growth across all key geographies and industry segments
Develop market development, business development, customer management and sales processes
Deepen strategic customer relationships and identify new growth opportunities
Evolve the proposition across technology, equipment, digital solutions and customer services




Partner closely with the CEO and leadership team on the company's international growth agenda

We are seeking:
A senior commercial executive with experience across advanced manufacturing, industrial technology, automation, robotics, precision engineering or capital equipment.
The ideal candidate will have led geographically dispersed teams (100 ) across a large footprint (ieAPAC/EMEA/LATAM) and operated successfully in technically complex, longer-cycle B2B environment where manufacturing, design, installation and service is the core proposition
This is not a role for an executive who operates solely through strategy, delegation or process. The successful candidate will bring energy, pragmatism and a genuine customer orientation, balancing strategic leadership with hands-on commercial execution.
The role can be based internationally where the company has an established operating presence and involves appropriate international travel.
