A current role is has been created for an Account Director / Digital Marketing Manager with The Refinery.

Working within an established team and being able to manage accounts autonomously, you will be acting as the centre point of contact on specified projects and have the ability to manage these projects from initial brief through to communicating with the creative team and third party suppliers.

Account Direction and Digital Ad Management are key factors in your role as the Account Director /

Digital Marketing Manager with The Refinery. You will be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing accounts, business development and establishing current relationships with new business networks, assessing their requirements and identifying key areas in which we can assist them. In addition you will be reviewing all paid digital content running across various digital media channels.

Your responsibilities within this role will involve the preparation and delivery of strategically considered fee proposals, estimating, contracts and presenting concise design proposals, including generating / managing accurate time-lines,



managing digital media bookings and content, including future projections for account requirements and reporting. You will also have the ability to track the profitability of your accounts, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and on budget.

Being able to develop explicit written briefs for both the client and the creative team are a must. Exceptional written, communication and negotiation skills are a given.
