Overview

We’re working with a leading Defence & Security organisation delivering cutting‑edge Naval programmes, and we’re looking for an experienced Systems Engineer to support a key long‑term project based in New Malden.

This is a hands‑on role focused on requirements, system design, and integration across complex systems. You’ll be working in a highly collaborative engineering setting alongside domain experts and cross‑functional teams.
Develop and manage system requirements using DOORS
Define system interfaces to support design and integration across engineering domains
Support the full engineering lifecycle from requirements through to integration, verification, and validation
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in an agile delivery setting
Ensure compliance with defence engineering standards and best practices

Key experience required
Strong background in Systems Engineering within complex environments
Experience using DOORS for requirement management
Experience working across the full engineering lifecycle
Comfortable working in an agile workplace
Active SC Clearance (or recently lapsed and eligible to renew)
