We are looking for our next Supermarket Superstar to join our Sales team, facing into Coles.

About the Role:

No two days will be the same!

Supporting the Head of Coles Group to:
Grow innovative brands in retail through unlocking and executing world class activations and optimised promotional plans
Build meaningful relationships across Coles to ensure long-term partnerships are nurtured
Utilise a creative, solution-oriented approach to overcome market challenges, ensuring our partner brands are positioned for success in Coles
Lead with data to build meaningful and pragmatic presentations to highlight how brands can support category KPIs




Become an expert in purpose-built AI tools to assist with the above and more

About you:

Got experience in FMCG category management or sales? Perfect! Extra brownie points if you’ve worked with or within Coles before:
A self-starter that works well as a part of a team with excellent time management and prioritisation
Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, with a keen ability to translate sales and customer data into compelling brand stories and strategies
A passion for the FMCG industry, specifically health and wellness brands, coupled with a goal-driven mentality
A laser focus on developing and securing trade activations in Coles
