Role Description The Warehouse & Operations Lead is a full-time, in office role based in the Greater Perth Area. This position oversees daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and dispatching furniture and workspace products, while maintaining accurate inventory records. The role coordinates deliveries and installations, ensures orders are prepared and loaded correctly, and works closely with sales and project teams to meet customer timelines.

The Warehouse & Operations Lead is responsible for maintaining a protected, clean, and well-organized warehouse, supervising and guiding warehouse staff, and continuously improving operational processes.



The role also involves monitoring stock levels, liaising with suppliers and logistics providers, and resolving issues that may affect service quality or customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
Experience in warehouse operations, including inventory control, stock management, and order fulfillment.
Skills in supervising teams, delegating tasks, and providing clear day-to-day direction to warehouse and installation staff.
Ability to coordinate logistics, schedule deliveries, and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external providers.
Competence in using warehouse management systems or inventory software, and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and a focus on accuracy.
Knowledge of workplace health and safety practices, with a commitment to maintaining a protected working environment.
Good communication skills and a customer-focused mindset to support project and sales teams in meeting client expectations.
Previous experience in furniture, fit-out, or related industries is an advantage; forklift license or similar certifications are beneficial.
