Role DescriptionWe are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure the productive, accurate, and safe movement of goods. The role is responsible for managing receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, dispatch, and warehouse workflow while maintaining high standards of productivity, accuracy, and service.

The Warehouse Manager will plan and coordinate warehouse activities, optimize storage capacity and operational processes, and ensure inventory records remain accurate and up to date. The role will work closely with supply chain, logistics, procurement, sales, and other teams to coordinate inbound and outbound activities and ensure timely fulfillment of operational requirements.

Key responsibilities include managing warehouse processes, monitoring inventory accuracy, improving space utilization, coordinating stock counts, tracking operational KPIs, and identifying opportunities to improve productivity and reduce operating costs. The role will also oversee warehouse safety, equipment utilization, housekeeping, and compliance with company policies and relevant procedures.

The successful candidate will lead continuous improvement initiatives, establish effective operating standards,



monitor team performance, and implement practical solutions to improve warehouse efficiency, service quality, and inventory visibility.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, material handling, receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch processes.
Robust organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to monitor operational KPIs and use data to improve productivity, accuracy, and cost efficiency.
Familiarity with WMS, ERP, inventory management, and warehouse reporting systems.
Good understanding of warehouse safety, operational procedures, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond effectively to operational issues.
Solid attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy and process discipline.
Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement, efficiency, and service excellence.
