The Financial Controller will be responsible for:
Manage and oversee the organisation's financial reporting processes.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives.
Lead budgeting and forecasting processes for the organisation.
Provide insights and recommendations to enhance financial performance.
Supervise and mentor the accounting team to maintain operational efficiency.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on financial matters.
Ensure strong internal controls and risk management practices are in place.
A successful Financial Controller should have:
Chartered Background ideal (Business Services or Audit)
A qualified accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, CA).
Proven ability to manage financial reporting and compliance requirements.
Experience in developing and implementing financial strategies.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lead and mentor a team effectively.
Robust communication and stakeholder management skills.
