Property Investment Consultant | Melbourne

We are looking for a driven Property Investment Consultant to join our growing team in Melbourne.

This is a commission only chance designed for someone who is confident in sales, understands property, and knows how to build trust with investors and convert conversations into transactions.

You will work closely with property investors, understand their goals, identify suitable prospects and guide them through the investment process.

What you will be doing • Speaking with qualified property investors and prospects
Understanding their investment goals and requirements
Presenting suitable property investment opportunities
Managing the sales process from initial conversation through to conversion
Building strong relationships with clients
Following up consistently and maintaining an active pipeline
Working closely with the wider property and investment team

What we are looking for
Strong property sales experience
Experience in buyers agency, property investment, real estate or a similar sales environment
Excellent communication and negotiation skills




A confident and consultative sales approach
Strong follow up and pipeline management skills
Self motivated and comfortable working in a performance driven environment
Someone who is genuinely hungry to build a high income through sales
