We’re partnering with MyWave.ai, an AI-first software company working with large enterprise clients across the US and Europe. They’re rethinking how software is built - shifting from engineers writing code, to engineers guiding AI to build it.

If you enjoy designing systems, thinking in architecture, and working at the edge of how AI is changing software engineering, this is a genuinely unique opportunity.

What They’re Looking For
Strong experience as a Senior Backend Engineer (Java)
Deep understanding of Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD)
Ability to identify and improve poor design
Experience using AI coding tools - Claude specifically

What You’ll Be Doing
Use AI tools (e.g. Claude, Copilot) to generate production-level Java code
Guide and refine AI output through robust design thinking and prompting




Own and improve system design using solid Object-Oriented principles
Review and uplift code quality across the codebase
Work in an XP-style setting with AI-driven TDD workflows
Contribute ideas and help shape current product features
