Role Description The Project Sales Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in Hendra, QLD. This position is responsible for managing the end-to-end sales process for bathroom joinery projects, including responding to tenders, preparing quotations, and following up on opportunities with architects, designers, and builders. Day-to-day tasks include conducting project consultations, understanding client requirements, providing technical and product guidance, and coordinating closely with internal teams to ensure accurate manufacturing and timely delivery.
The role also involves maintaining robust customer relationships, resolving issues, and providing aftercare support to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
The Project Sales
Specialist is expected to proactively drive revenue growth, meet sales targets, and contribute to continuous improvement in sales processes and customer experience.
Qualifications
Strong Project Sales and Sales skills, with experience managing end-to-end project-based opportunities.
Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to build trust and maintain qualified client relationships.
Proficient Project Management skills, including planning, coordination, and follow-through across multiple stakeholders.
Experience in the building, construction, or architectural products sector is highly beneficial.
Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and tender documents.
Solid organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in quotations and documentation.
Comfort using CRM systems and standard office software to manage pipelines and reporting.
Valid work authorization for Australia; driver’s license is an advantage for client and site visits.
