Role Description The Project Manager role at DCL Contracting Group is a full time, in office position based in Perth, WA.

The Project

Manager will oversee civil construction projects from planning through completion, including developing project schedules, coordinating resources, and managing budgets and timelines. Daily responsibilities include supervising site activities, liaising with clients and subcontractors, monitoring progress, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The role also involves managing logistics for materials and equipment, resolving project issues, and preparing regular status reports to stakeholders.

Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive productive delivery and successful project outcomes.

Qualifications
Strong project management skills, including experience managing civil construction projects and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
Experience in expediting and working as an expeditor, ensuring materials, equipment, and documentation are delivered on time.
Knowledge of inspection processes and quality control procedures within construction settings.
Logistics management skills, including planning and coordinating the movement and storage of materials and equipment.
Relevant tertiary qualification in construction management, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
Proficiency in project management software and standard office applications.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
Demonstrated ability to work safely, lead teams on-site, and comply with industry regulations and company policies.
