Noosa Chocolate Factory is looking for enthusiastic Baristas & Café All-Rounders to join our team at our busy Brisbane café in Adelaide Street.

About the role:

This is a casual position (approx. 25 hours per week) with the opportunity to move to full-time for the right candidate. You’ll be working in a high-paced café environment serving premium coffee, chocolate drinks, and our signature handmade products.

What we’re looking for:
Barista and food handling experience preferred
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work in a rapid-paced team environment
Robust attention to detail and cleanliness
Availability to work across a 7-day roster including weekends
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
