Group Accounting Manager (12-Month Parental Leave Contract)

Lead a team of 10 across Melbourne and Sydney and play a key role in delivering the financial performance of some of Australia's most iconic brands.

Reporting to the Group Reporting Manager, you'll take ownership of Revenue, Inventory and Expense Accounting, lead month-end reporting and financial controls, and partner with senior leaders across the business. This is an opportunity to influence decision-making, drive continuous improvement and lead a high-performing team in a complex retail environment.

What you'll bring
CA/CPA qualification
Solid accounting experience gained in a large corporate environment and/or Big 4 or mid-tier firm
Financial reporting and technical accounting expertise
Proven experience leading and developing teams
Solid stakeholder management skills with a continuous improvement mindset

What you'll be doing
Leading the Group's Revenue, Inventory and Expense Accounting portfolios
Driving month-end reporting, financial controls and compliance activities
Supporting executive reporting, forecasting and financial planning




Managing internal and external audit requirements
Leading and developing a team of finance professionals
