We are seeking a motivated Accounting Intern to join a professional business in Sydney. This internship provides hands-on exposure to accounting and finance activities while helping you develop practical skills and valuable local experience.
What You'll Do
Assist with bookkeeping and general accounting tasks
Support accounts payable and accounts receivable
Perform bank and account reconciliations
Assist with financial reports and working papers
Support BAS, GST and payroll-related activities
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
Assist with data entry and general finance administration

Who We're Looking For
Studying or recently completed Accounting, Commerce, Finance or a related qualification




Good understanding of accounting principles
Robust Microsoft Excel skills
Familiarity with Xero, MYOB or QuickBooks is advantageous
Strong attention to detail and numerical skills
Organised, reliable and eager to learn
