The Role

As a Waitperson, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for our guests. Working in a fast-paced workplace, you will provide attentive service, assist guests throughout their dining experience, and ensure Epicurean's high standards of presentation and hospitality are consistently maintained.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver friendly, professional, and efficient food and beverage service
Welcome and engage with guests to create memorable experiences
Clear, reset, and maintain tables and dining areas
Assist with buffet presentation and ensure service areas remain clean and stocked
Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house teams
Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and responsible service standards
Contribute to a positive team culture and guest-focused environment

About You




Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
Previous hospitality, food and beverage, or customer-facing experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work efficiently in a busy, fast-paced workplace
Well-presented, reliable, and a team player
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
