About You To be considered, you'll ideally have:
3+ years' experience as a Contract Administrator within commercial construction at a well established builder
Experience delivering current build and/or major refurbishment projects
Solid understanding of contract administration, procurement and cost control
Ability to manage subcontractor packages from procurement through to final account
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Relevant construction or quantity surveying qualification
