Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Experienced Commercial Leasing Agent role based in Gold Coast, QLD. The role involves prospecting for current landlord and tenant leads, managing leasing campaigns, and conducting property inspections and site tours. The agent will prepare and negotiate commercial lease agreements, provide market insights and rental advice, and maintain accurate records of listings, enquiries, and deals in the CRM.

Day-to-day responsibilities include building and nurturing relationships with owners, tenants, and investors, coordinating marketing activities for listed properties,



and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless leasing process from initial enquiry through to deal completion.

Qualifications
Proven experience in commercial leasing or commercial real estate, with a solid track record of closed deals and client relationship management.
Solid understanding of commercial property markets, lease structures, and relevant legislation in Queensland.
Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to represent client interests professionally and ethically.
Competence in using CRM systems and digital tools to manage listings, leads, and reporting; comfort with basic property marketing and online listing platforms.
High level of organization, time management, and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple properties and campaigns simultaneously.
Current real estate salesperson or agent registration/license (or eligibility to obtain) in Queensland.
Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transport for property inspections and client meetings.
Commitment to a results-oriented, transparent, and client-focused way of working; previous experience in a similar agency workplace is advantageous.
