General Postdoctoral Researcher (Masters/PhDs) - AI Training

What You'll Do
Design, develop, and solve advanced, multi-disciplinary problems with real-world relevance that challenge and improve AI reasoning
Apply your research expertise to construct complex problem statements that expose gaps and weaknesses in AI model performance
Review and evaluate AI-generated outputs for academic rigor, logical soundness, and domain accuracy
Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and fellow domain experts to refine and elevate model capabilities
Ensure clarity, depth, and intellectual integrity across all deliverables

Who You Are




Holds a Master's or PhD in a STEM or highly technical field from a top university
Strong track record of research, peer-reviewed publications, or complex technical project management
Exceptionally sharp written communicator — you can explain difficult ideas with precision and clarity
Self-directed and reliable when working independently without day-to-day supervision
Fluent in English and based in the U.S., Canada, U.K., Australia, or New Zealand

Nice to Have
Prior experience with data annotation, evaluation systems, or AI/ML workflows
Proficiency in Python, R, or other research-oriented programming languages
Cross-disciplinary research background spanning multiple STEM domains
Familiarity with AI reasoning benchmarks or model evaluation frameworks
