Join a leading ASX-listed organisation in a specialist Employee Relations role supporting enterprise bargaining activities across a large national supply chain workforce. Reporting to a highly experienced Senior HR Business Partner, you'll work within a collaborative HR team and gain exposure to complex industrial relations matters.

Your new role

Key Responsibilities
Support enterprise bargaining activities across multiple sites
Prepare Fair Work Commission applications and documentation
Interpret and apply Enterprise Agreements
Provide ER and IR advice to leaders and HR stakeholders
Support union engagement and employee consultation processes
Assist with agreement implementation, investigations and ER projects

What you'll need to succeed
Experience in Employee Relations, Industrial Relations or Human Resources
Exposure to Enterprise Bargaining Agreements
Experience with Fair Work Commission documentation
Solid understanding of Australian employment and industrial relations legislation




Ability to build relationships and confidently influence stakeholders
Experience within manufacturing, logistics, supply chain or other blue-collar environments will be highly regarded.
