Bermagui Beach Hotel is seeking an experienced Chef to join our energetic kitchen team under a dedicated Head Chef. You’ll work in a rapid-paced, friendly environment delivering quality, contemporary dishes.
Requirements include a minimum of 3 years in a qualified kitchen, the ability to work 5 days across a 7-day roster, relevant qualifications or trade experience, and strong food hygiene, presentation and communication skills; approx 38 hours per week.
