Position: Business Development Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth for the company.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and networking
Build and maintain solid relationships with potential and existing clients
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our solutions and services
Negotiate and close deals with clients to meet or exceed sales targets
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to identify potential business opportunities
Provide regular reports on sales activities and progress to the management team
Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company and expand network
Continuously strive to improve and enhance the company's sales processes and procedures

Qualifications:




Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a business development or sales role
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels
Excellent presentation and demonstration skills
Knowledge of the technology industry and market trends
Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong sense of ownership and accountability

Location:

This position will be based in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. Some travel may be required for client meetings and industry events.
