Position Summary:
Supervise the preparation of event & meeting spaces, tending bar and serving platters of food
Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers, anticipating their needs and enabling future bookings
Supervise the execution of event arrangements to exceed guest expectations
Understand guest requirements and deliver service excellence to engage and inspire guests
Lead the banquets team with support of the banquets manager in operational tasks
Plan and execute team building activities so associates feel valued for their contributions
Be a dynamic and thoughtful supervisor by empowering and supporting your team
Lead the banquets shift by providing motivation and support to our waitstaff

About You:
An up-to-date RSA
Passion for the industry
Relevant experience in a similar supervisorial role
Working rights in Australia
