Job Description

Contec Recruitment is seeking a Client-Side Project Manager for its Brisbane team, focusing on development advisory in medium-high rise residential projects. The role bridges client representation, contract understanding and project delivery from planning through handover.

You'll work with development and project specialists, manage consultants and stakeholders, oversee programmes, budgets, and reporting, and help clients navigate contracts and commercial matters to deliver successful outcomes.
