Shape capability-led enterprise architecture within a complex Australian Government environment, linking strategic goals, business value and technology investment while building a pragmatic business architecture practice.

Essential Tasks
Develop and maintain practical business capability maps to identify gaps and prioritise investment.
Connect business strategy with technical design and clearly link technology investment to business outcomes.
Establish lightweight architecture guardrails and assurance processes to reduce risk and technical debt.
Build business architecture maturity through practical tools, practices and tangible outcomes.

Key Criteria




5+ years' Enterprise/Business Architecture experience, including enterprise architecture deliverables in large settings.
Robust communication and requirements analysis skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
SFIA capability across Enterprise and Business Architecture, Requirements Management, Strategic Planning and Business Process Improvement.
Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology or Engineering; TOGAF or similar certification is desirable.
