Your Role

As a Front of House Team Member and Host, you’ll bring Mi Casa Es Tu Casa to life through warm, genuine hospitality.

You’ll be a key part of the guest journey from arrival to farewell, working across Host, Bar, Pass and All-Rounder in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome every guest warmly, explain how the venue works and set the tone for their Costa Taco experience.
Manage the door, guest flow and seating plan using our host guidelines and floor plan.
Take orders, process payments and run food using our POS and service procedures.
Prepare drinks according to our recipes and presentation standards.
Follow Costa Taco systems, service procedures and checklists consistently.
Keep the dining area clean, organised and ready for every guest.
Communicate clearly with the FOH and BOH teams to support smooth and consistent service.
Complete opening, service and closing responsibilities, reporting any issues to the Supervisor.

Previous Front of House experience is preferred, but we’re happy to train the right person who brings the right attitude and passion for hospitality.
