The Role

Kybah is a 6,000ha dryland cropping aggregation near Trundle in the Central West of NSW, growing wheat, barley, canola and pulses. We’re looking for an experienced machinery operator/farm hand to join the team, working closely with the Farm Manager across the full cropping cycle — sowing, spraying, spreading, harvest and grain transport — plus equipment upkeep and general farm maintenance.

You’ll operate and help maintain recent John Deere equipment including tractors, sprayers and seeders. During peak periods you’ll also help the Farm Manager coordinate casual staff,



and you’ll be expected to keep on top of machinery maintenance schedules, stock control, and WHS procedures in office.

Skills and Experience
Solid experience operating tractors and broadacre cropping machinery
Current driver’s licence (Heavy Combination licence highly regarded)
Solid communication skills, comfortable working solo or as part of a team
Satisfactory National Police Records check
Permanent working rights in Australia (essential)
