Contracts & Procurement Advisor

Location: Frankston, VIC

Rate: $63 per hour + Super

Contract: 8-Week Contract

We are currently seeking an experienced Contracts & Procurement Advisor to provide short-term leave coverage within a local government organisation based in Frankston. This is a hands‑on role supporting procurement and contract management activities, ensuring compliance with procurement policies, tendering requirements, and governance frameworks.

Key Responsibilities
Provide advice and support across procurement and tendering activities
Assist with contract administration, monitoring, and compliance
Support tender evaluations and associated documentation
Ensure procurement processes align with internal policies and legislative requirements
Build robust relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers
Identify prospects to improve procurement processes and deliver best value outcomes

About You




Demonstrated experience in procurement, contracts administration, or tender management
Strong knowledge of procurement governance and compliance requirements
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously
Experience within Local Government or another highly regulated workplace will be highly regarded
