ABOUT YOU
Minimum 10 years of engineering design experience within a reputable engineering consultancy
Membership with Engineers Australia as CPEng and NER
Ambitious with great energy and passion for structural engineering
Sound technical understanding of relevant Australian Standards
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
An interest in interacting with external design teams and developing skills to assist in the management of the internal team.
Passion for teaching, mentoring and guiding younger engineers
Love to engage with others to build positive and long-lasting relationships
Ability to work effectively independently and in a team setting
Committed to continually adding value by raising the performance of your work and the work of others around you
