Re-Certification Coordinator

As part of our planned growth, Connected Roof Safety is creating a new full time position at our Pakenham office.

The Re-Certification Coordinator will manage our annual testing and certification workflow, helping us stay ahead of upcoming inspections, communicate clearly with clients and ensure every job is properly scheduled, reported and followed through.

The role includes
Coordinating annual testing and certification work
Preparing and following up certification quotes
Scheduling jobs and confirming site access
Managing testing tasks through Uptick
Preparing and sending reports with no defects
Coordinating defect quotes and follow up
Maintaining accurate client, property and asset records
Identifying additional sites and recurring testing prospects

This is an administration and coordination role, fully supported by our General Manager, Technical Manager, inspection technicians and operations team.



The successful applicant won’t be expected to make technical decisions alone.

Experience working in a service based business is ideal. Uptick experience would be a major advantage, particularly within fire services or another compliance based industry. Roof safety experience would also be highly regarded.

We’re a family oriented business with a friendly team and a relaxed office environment. Our puppies are often in the office and, while they contribute very little to productivity, they take their role in staff morale extremely seriously.

This recent role will help CRS continue growing while maintaining the service and follow through our clients expect from us.
