Full time Groundsman

‘’We are seeking an experienced Groundsman to deliver professional gardening and general maintenance services at Marina Realty.

As a full time team member, you play a vital role in helping to maintain clean, attractive outdoor spaces and support the upkeep of our buildings across multiple unit complexes. This role involves scheduled gardening/grounds tasks and routine maintenance of common areas and facilities.

If you have landscaping experience, solid attention to detail, and work well within a team and routine, we’d love to hear from you.

Skills Required:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
Experience in hotel or apartment complexes (including pool care) is an advantage
Proven landscaping and maintenance experience




Experience in usage of basic tools and gardening equipment
Strong customer service and communication skills
Physically fit and capable of manual tasks and outdoor work
Good time management and organisational skills

Responsibilities:
Maintain punctuality, presentation, and personal hygiene
Wear appropriate PPE at all times
Uphold knowledge of property amenities and facilities
Interact professionally with tenants, owners, and staff
Report maintenance issues promptly
Handle and return lost property to the office’’
