About the Role
Labourforce are currently seeking experienced High Reach Forklift Operators to join a busy cold storage warehouse in Rocklea.
This is a hands-on warehouse role working in a -18°C cold storage environment, so candidates must be comfortable working in refrigerated conditions for extended periods.
Key Responsibilities
Operating High Reach forklifts safely and efficiently
Completing stock replenishments and putaways
Performing bulk picks and moving pallets throughout the warehouse
Loading, unloading and staging stock as required
Maintaining accurate stock movements
Following all site safety and operational procedures
General warehouse duties and housekeeping
What We're Looking For
Current LF Forklift Licence – Essential
Proven High Reach Forklift experience – Essential
Previous warehouse or cold storage experience highly regarded
Comfortable working in a -18°C setting
Good attention to detail and safety awareness
Reliable and punctual
Physically capable of working in a quick-paced warehouse environment
