Construction H&S; is buried in paperwork no one reads. Hazard Co built a mobile-first platform that puts safety management in a builder's back pocket, not a filing cabinet. It works, it's growing, and now they're adding someone to work within the ACT/lower NSW region.

Genuine field sales experience — you've built a territory before
Self-motivated hunter, not someone who needs managing
Comfortable from boardroom to building site
Plays the long game on relationships, keeps a clean pipeline

What you'll actually do:
Own the full sales cycle across your territory— builders, contractors,



franchise operators, and merchant partners
Attend industry events, trade shows, and partner functions to build brand presence and qualify current prospects
Run presentations and group sessions — small builders through to large franchise networks
Collaborate with Rev-Ops to identify and pursue strategic targets
Bring market intelligence back into the business — product, marketing, and leadership want to hear what you're seeing
Mentor and set the standard for more junior members of the sales team

Who this suits:

Construction/trades or SaaS sales background helps, but isn't essential. What matters is you can build a pipeline from scratch and hit targets.
