Job Description
Partner closely with senior leadership to drive financial performance and support strategic decision-making.
Own the delivery of financial targets through effective planning, forecasting and risk management.
Lead P&L; management across multiple business units, providing insight and challenge around key performance drivers.
Support the annual operating plan, budgeting processes and monthly forecasting activities.
Influence key business decisions through detailed financial analysis and commercial insights.
Drive accountability across the business for revenue, profitability and cost management outcomes.
Develop and enhance financial reporting capabilities to improve visibility and decision-making.
Lead, coach and develop a high-performing finance team.




Ensure robust internal controls and SOX compliance while supporting internal and external audit requirements.

The Successful Applicant
CPA or CA qualified with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related discipline.
Proven experience in a senior finance leadership or commercial business partnering role.
Previous experience within a US-listed organisation.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders.
Demonstrated people leadership experience and a track record of developing high-performing teams.
Experience within manufacturing or supply chain environments will be highly regarded.
Advanced Excel skills and experience with SAP S/4HANA
