Job Description
Lead preparation and delivery of the Annual Report.
Manage the external audit process and key stakeholder relationships.
Oversee monthly management and board reporting.
Provide leadership to a small finance team across payroll, accounts payable and financial accounting.
Support budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis activities.
Ensure solid financial controls and reporting accuracy.
Partner closely with the CFO on key business initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Financial Controller should have:
CA/CPA qualification or equivalent.




Proven Financial Controller experience within the mining sector (critical)
Strong technical accounting, financial reporting and internal controls expertise.
Demonstrated experience managing year-end audits and statutory reporting requirements.
Advanced Excel skills with experience working with complex reporting and forecasting models.
Previous experience overseeing payroll functions, including end-to-end payroll processes and compliance obligations.
The ability to quickly understand existing processes and provide continuity during a period of transition.
Exposure to Pronto ERP will be highly regarded.
