Preferred Requirements




Recent and relevant mental health nursing experience in an inpatient or acute care setting
Robust clinical assessment and observation skills in a mental health context
Ability to work flexibly across varying shift patterns and block bookings
Excellent communication and cooperative practice with multidisciplinary teams
Current knowledge of mental health legislation, duty of care, and therapeutic engagement principles

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent, with current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Mental health nursing qualification or demonstrated post-registration experience in mental health care
Current First Aid and CPR certification
