Job Description
Manage and oversee morning shift operations to ensure timely and efficient production and delivery of goods.
Supervise and support a team of staff, fostering a productive and secure work setting.
Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards and company policies.
Monitor and optimise operational workflows to enhance efficiency.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and communication.
Maintain accurate records and reports related to daily operations and performance metrics.
Identify and resolve operational issues promptly and effectively.
Provide training and development prospects for team members.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Shift Supervisor should have:




Experience in a food manufacturing or FMCG environment.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations.
Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in managing operational workflows and team performance.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
A proactive and results-driven approach.

What's on Offer
Working hours 5am to 2pm Monday to Friday - giving you back your afternoons
Competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $95,000 AUD per annum.
