Job Description
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
Analyse and evaluate existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement.
Develop transparent and detailed business requirements, functional specifications, and process maps.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure alignment among project teams.
Work closely with technical teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Provide ongoing support for project delivery and post-implementation reviews.
Ensure compliance with organisational and regulatory standards.
Prepare and present reports to stakeholders on project progress and outcomes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Business Analyst should have:
10+years of Business analysis experience leading cross functional and transformative projects




Solid analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate complex systems and processes.
Proficiency in creating detailed documentation and process workflows.
Ability to effectively engage and communicate with diverse stakeholders.
Experience across enterprise applications, integrations, data and analytics, cyber security, operating model or service management initiatives
Advanced experience facilitating workshops and meetings for team-oriented outcomes.
Knowledge of relevant regulatory and compliance requirements.
Adaptability to work in a temporary role and deliver results within defined timelines.
