Job Description
Prepare weekly and monthly management reporting and financial analysis
Analyse manufacturing costs, margins and operational performance metrics
Assist with budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities
Partner with operations, supply chain and production teams to provide commercial insights
Monitor key performance indicators and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements
Support month-end reporting, variance analysis and management commentary
Develop and maintain financial models to support business decisions and investment opportunities
Assist with inventory analysis, stock reporting and working capital management
Ensure financial data integrity and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives
Support ad hoc projects and analysis as required by senior leadership

The Successful Applicant
Degree qualified in Accounting, Finance,



Commerce or a related discipline
CA/CPA qualified or working towards completion will be highly regarded
3+ years' experience in a Financial Analyst, Commercial Analyst or Management Accountant position
Previous experience within manufacturing, industrial, FMCG or related sectors preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modelling and data analysis
Experience using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Pronto, Microsoft Dynamics or similar
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across the business
Robust attention to detail and a proactive, commercially focused mindset
