What You'll Be Doing
Processing a high volume end-to-end payroll for a multi‐entity operation




Handling Awards interpretation, leave, super, tax and terminations with accuracy and care
Supporting fortnightly and monthly payroll cycles, on time, every time
Assisting with reconciliations, audits and compliance checks
Getting hands‐on exposure to a brand‐new payroll system implementation
Working closely with HR and the wider team to keep employee experience front and centre
Picking up process improvement and automation initiatives as the function modernises
About You
3/5+ years of end to end Australian payroll experience (large/complex environment highly regarded)
Solid understanding of Awards, super, tax and payroll compliance
Great attention to detail and a genuine passion for getting things right
Team player with strong communication skills
