Role Title:Junior Property Manager / Routine Inspections Officer
Salary:$70K + Super (happy to negotiate depending on experience)

Hybrid style role, split ***** between Routine Inspections Officer and Junior PM
Inspections Officer role break-down
Complete detailed routine inspections and reports
Submit reports directly to Senior Property Managers for actioning
Provide general administrative and operational support across the entire Property Management team




Junior Property Manager role break-down
Supporting the PM Team
Assisting the Client Service Manager and senior team as required
Assisting in providing coverage support during leave periods
General property management administration and client service support
The Person
Assistant Property Manager experience essential
Highly organised, reliable, and detail-oriented
Communicates professionally with tenants and internal teams
Enjoys structure, while being able to adapt across multiple tasks and teams
Is looking to build a long-term career in property management and progress into a Property Manager role
QLD real estate certificate, QLD drivers license and reliable vehicle
