Hitachi Rail STS Australia is seeking an experienced Payroll Lead based in Perth, WA.
You will oversee end-to-end Australian payroll delivery for 700+ staff, coordinate with outsourced providers, and ensure accuracy and compliance across weekly and monthly cycles.
The role requires strong governance, data integrity, and stakeholder management across HR and Finance, with responsibility for reporting, budgeting, and audits.
Perth-based with potential adaptable West Coast hours.
