Salesforce Vlocity Developer

About the Role
We are seeking an experiencedSalesforce Vlocity Developerto join a high-profile digital transformation program.
You will work within a multidisciplinary Agile team to design, develop, integrate and deploy robust Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and enhanceSalesforce Vlocity/OmniStudiosolutions using Apex, LWC, OmniScripts, FlexCards, Integration Procedures and DataRaptors.
Design reusable, scalable and high-performing Salesforce solutions aligned with development and governance standards.
Build and support integrations usingREST APIs, Platform Eventsand other integration technologies.
Participate in code reviews, testing and deployment across environments, including Production.
SupportCI/CD, DevOps and test automationpractices.
Collaborate with Solution Architects, developers, UX/UI and accessibility specialists.
Contribute to Agile ceremonies, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.




Promote Salesforce development best practices and help uplift team capability.
Essential Skills & Experience
Robust hands-on experience withSalesforce Vlocity/OmniStudio, including Apex, LWC, OmniScripts, FlexCards, Integration Procedures and DataRaptors.
Strong understanding ofOOP, frameworks and design patterns.
Experience developing integrations usingREST APIs, Platform Eventsor similar technologies.
Experience withGit/source control and package-based Salesforce development.
Experience deliveringSales Cloud, Service Cloud and Community/Experience Cloudsolutions.
Understanding and appreciation ofaccessible design and development.
Must be anAustralian Citizen
Desirable
SalesforcePlatform Developer I/IIand/orOmniStudio Developercertification.
Experience withJira, VS Code, DevOps and CI/CD.
Experience delivering4+ Salesforce CRM/platform projectsusing Agile methodologies.
Experience withAI Agentic Coding.
