Dct Hospitality Group Pty Ltd on the NSW Central Coast is seeking a capable Kitchen Lead to oversee a small kitchen, ensuring the preparation, presentation and prompt service of our easy but delicious menu.
You will work with the Business Owner and Café Manager on seasonal items, manage ordering and stocking, keep the kitchen clean and organised, uphold food safety standards and help train junior kitchen assistants.
Shifts are mornings 6:15am–2:30pm, Sunday to Thursday.
