Job Description
Canva's AI Platform Group builds the foundational infra powering AI features across Canva.
The Evaluation Platform team owns the end-to-end evaluation lifecycle, including test-like evals, Arena, monitoring, and labelling tooling.
The role leads a large, senior team through consolidation and growth from Sydney, collaborating with CORE, feature teams and adjacent platforms.
You'll articulate the evaluation platform vision, drive cross-team initiatives, and coach 9+ engineers to deliver impactful
